Default Can't create a new account

I have Office 365 installed with two POP/IMAP accounts in Outlook. I need to add an exchange account to acces my work emails but can't get it to work


I click on the add account button in Outlook and a dialogue comes up asking for the email address. Once I put that in it goes off and tries to set up the account but fails. If I select the button that says let me set up the account manually it asks what type of account it is - I click on Exchange. Outlook then tries to set itself up and fails again and the only options it gives is to try again (which continues to fail) or change the account type.


How do I get to the stage where I can enter the server details so that I can set up manually? This is very frustrating!
