Hi

You could only do what you want using VBA, which I am guessing is not something you are familiar with.
Equally, I don't think there is a need for this extra level of complication.
I would enter data directly onto your Log sheet.

In the attached file I have set up Data Validation for you so the user can only select values from the dropdown lists created on sheet Raw data.
Equally, the validation has been set on the date columns such tahta date must be entered which is between the values set as Start Datae and End Date on Raw Data.

When you hit the Tab button when in the Remark column of Log, a new table row is created which has the same validation as the row above.
