Default Conditional Formatting on cell values outside of a designated range based on category denoted in key

Hello,

I have 5 different categories of product, and there are "average" ranges each one is supposed to be in. I want to highlight the formula driven value if it ever ends up outside of its respective range. Maybe a nested if statement for formula within conditional formatting? I'm a bit hung up. Also, this is first post, so bear with me please!

Thanks
