Paul, this has been incredibly useful. Thanks very much. I think (and hope) I am nearly there on this. Just one thing. One of my spreadsheet columns that I want to use is 'Date of delivery' which is in the format dd/mm/yy. When I use this in mailmerge it converts this to a number no matter what date format I use. So for example 27/03/18 becomes 43186 in the mail merge document, which I want it to stay as 27/03/18. Any idea how I change this? Thanks very much
