I am using Word 2013 and seem to be having the same problem that someone else had in Word 2003. When I put a heading "style" on the heading I want to link to, it shows on the style tab that it has been selected. But when I go to make a hyperlink to it, it does not show in the hyperlink dialogue box to be used as an option in the "Place in this Document" tab.
