I have an iMac with Office 365 installed. When I close a file, the application hangs-up (i.e., the wheel on the iMac keeps spinning). Get message "File not Responding.

Can I resolve this issue myself and if so how or do i need to contact support at Office 365. Had the same problem when I was using a PC.
