I copied my source content [another single page Word document] as Paste Special > Microsoft Word Document Object

I could use the Paste Special > Picture (Enhanced Metafile) but for some reason the print quality of this content is affected with this approach.

I can resize the image after I change the layout from inline with text to something else [e.g. tight] but cannot rotate the image. This option remains greyed out in the format tab ...

Again, is there a command that can release this restriction and allow me to rotate the image. I could do this before but cannot remember what that command is ...
