Default Word 2016 for Mac not allowing duplex printing
I have a recently new MacBook Air, was using Word for Mac 2011, no problems.
Newly installed 64 bit Word 2016 for Mac. Using an Epson XP 340, print instruction will not allow duplex printing and no grayscale option. Printer has 64 bit connection.
No solution in printer preferences. No obvious solutions in Word preferences.
Appreciate any assistance.
