Hi, my system crashed the other day and i had to do a re-install of Windows 7 Pro (my first ever re-install). I then reinstalled Outlook 2013 on my system and I am trying to restore it to original use with .pst files that I had recently saved to an external hard drive. Can I just somehow import the saved .pst files and have it be good to go? Thanks for any help.

btw: I had originally started the program and was told I needed at least one email account to open Outlook. But I thought I would had a flash of "genius" by instead creating a folder for Outlook files and importing one of my saved.pst files, and I could see the .pst file in the data files window, but not in the email account window.
