The message seems clear enough - you've apparently activated your copy of Office on as many different PCs as you're allowed to. If some of those PCs are no longer in use (or the problem is the result of a major hardware upgrade), simply ring your local Microsoft distributor and explain the situation. The people there can intervene if you have a valid reason.
