I don't believe either of those addins works on a Mac and I'm not aware of any Mac-compatible macros (which is what would be required) for doing this.
If its OK to send the report in the body of the email instead of as an attachment to it, and you have a separate worksheet or workbook with a list of the salesmen, you could use a DATABASE field in a normal ‘email’ mailmerge main document (I'm assuming DATABASE fields work on Macs).
