So, for instance, let's say in Doc B the text with the hyperlink is "Scope." At the end of the word "Scope" I type "#scope". Is that right? I type it in Doc B?

Or, the text in Doc A that I am hyperlinking TO? For instance it is also "Scope". Do I put the #mybookmark at the end of Scope in Doc A?
