Setup Outlook to ONLY SEND mails ?

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad W520 for my out of office activity in genealogy.

I often need to SEND some documents with functionality in my genealogy system by OUTLOOK.

How can I setup Office Outlook so ONLY send is possible ?
