How do you access the Line Options (such as Cap type, Rounding presets, Rounding size, Begin Arrow and End Arrow) in Visio 2016 in order to set the drawings default values for them? They are greyed-out in the Line dropdown and the Format Shape pane unless a drawn object is selected, and then any changes made are local to that object rather than default for the drawing.

The options were certainly available without selecting an object in earlier versions of Visio.
