Default Best approach gas meter readings into graph ?

Hi,
I dont remember to take gas meter readings each day, I normally take them every Friday or Saturday if I forget Friday, but I also have them 2 days apart, even 1 day back to back as it were when sussing certain things going on with new system.

1st column says January and I have typed 1 2 3 4 etc downwards for date (so its a number format), 2nd column meter reading, 3rd the time, 4th February meter readings, 5th time, 6th column march meter readings, etc etc.

Q1. What do I need to do to get this 2018 sheet suitable for graph making ?
Q2. I have 1 sheet per year and need to compare the different years useage on the one graph, how is that done ?
Q3. Should it simply just use the readings with the line , surely the line will keep rising !!! or subtract next from last to display gas used and graph that figure, can it in fact perform such a calculation and display result ? ok if one per day but not in my case.
Q3. Can I have it that it predicts the reading/useage in the blank days as an average usage between two readings when making the line ?

Q4. Should I use a wizard or what and which one.

Q5. Anything better than graph to best display gas per day ?

Q6. If I can get max temp for the days it would be good to display those as a line as well. maybe red pecked for temp and red solid for 2017 for example.

Excel 2010 by the way.

Cheers
