I have a excel sheet which has following columns

date: date
task: characters
client: characters
assigned task team1,team 2 so on)

i have created following fields in same sheet:

jan
feb
mar
apr
may
..
..
..

based on the date entered, tasks of each month should be automated and also number of tasks assigned to teams should be populated.
