Default Bibliography with superscript citations: How?

I am using MS Word 2010 and I am writing a paper (historical article) in which I need to use Chicago Manual of Style and want to have the citations as superscript numbers. Word does not have the features to let me do so, apparently.

I would use Endnotes, but the problem is that some of the references have to be cited multiple times in the text. Thus, I need to use the Bibliography feature.

What can be done? Is there something like a macro I would have to implement? Thanks!
