If a template is created in 2016, is it backwards compatible with 2010? There is a box to check that says Maintain compatibility so assume that takes care of that. But, if using a 2010 template is there anything that will cause any problems for using it strictly for 2016 and 2013? Is there any kind of conversion to put the template through?
