Question Querying Outlook

Hi Everyone,
New to the site so please excuse me while I get some bearings.

I'm wishing to see if there any way to get a count of & identify the names of any shared mailboxes currently connected to a users Outlook client (on their workstation/laptop).
Whilst I can get indicative details from within Active Directory; this really only what Shared Mailboxes I have access to - I don't necessarily need to have them connected via my Outlook client.

Why ... The team I'm working with are attempting to upgrade ~+2000 users from Office 2013 to Office 2016.
My biggest concern is being able to provide quick and accurate support during the transitions for each user should something go askew.
If any user's installation does go askew(for what ever reason) it would be advantageous knowing exactly what shared mailboxes the user had connected to the Outlook client prior to the upgrade.
This information on hand would make for quicker resolution times.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated & thanks in advance.

Cheers, Cam
