I wonder if you can please help me as i am having issues with outlook mail

I will try to explain the issue best i can.

If i send an email say on 1st December to jack after its sent it appears in sent box showing it was sent on 1st December, if i then go and forward this email say to Tom on the 3rd December the sent box no longer shows this email sent on the 1st December instead it shows it was sent on the 3rd December

Is there anyway to stop this as i am desperate need of showing when an actual email was sent not when i forwarded it?

Sorry if i have confused you in anyway Its the best way i can explain it

Just wondering if there is any settings that i can adjust to stop this or if anybody knows any other third party email software i can use which wont do this and will actually show original sent message.

Any advice to help resolve this would be so much appreciated
