You don't need an app like Perfect UnInstaller to uninstall MS Office. Indeed, that may be the source of your problem (there are numerous complaint about the web of it not working properly)! All anyone needs is the 'Programs and Features' applet in the Windows Control Panel. In the unlikely event of an uninstallation error by this method, you can also use the Solution MS has provided here:
