I have a table of contents listing Appendices A-G in the document. A, B, C, D, E, and G are all formatted correctly (Appendix A Title . . . . . . A-1), but Appendix F is missing the tab between the appendix number and title (Appendix FTitle . . . . . F-1). I cannot find any difference between the title pages for Appendix F and the others, and I cannot figure out what is causing the problem. Any suggestions on what I should look for or what could be causing this?
