Help with Quick Overview of OneNote please
I am a long time power user of Outlook. I believe OneNote can extend Outlook significantly but am struggling to find an overview of the benefits.
My understanding is that within a small business, they can create a separate folder for each client, store emails, and create task templates which talk back to Outlook and can be shared by all users, and accessed on any device.
Is my thinking correct? Any assistance much appreciated - thank you
