The condition that if the field contains two dashes ("--") do not print anything is working, however it leaves an empty/blank line. I'm missing some little item in the syntax.

{IF{MERGEFIELD Bus_Address_2}<> "--" "{MERGEFIELD Bus_Address_2}"}

Thank you for any suggestions. I read the very detailed document in the Sticky section, however it does not appear to cover this situation.
