In Word (from a blank page) select FILE/OPTIONS/CUSTOMIZE RIBBON and from the resulting menu, select MAIN TABS from the Customize Ribbon drop-down menu (right-hand side)...then select Home/Paragraph. The icons that you questioned are within the subsequent resulting menu.

While you are there, become familiar with the other icons as well...or, at least, know where they are so you can look later on...
