The table shifted all the text/table cells to the 2nd page because the text in the "Strengths" column exceeds the space allowed to remain on page 1. The "Weakness" column is also close to exceeding that space. One way to eliminate that move is to reduce the font size...and, you can play around to find out what best suits your needs. In doing so, you would want to reduce the font to ALL of the text in the body of the table cells so that it is constant throughout.

Another method would be to adjust/reduce the size of the select columns and widen the other columns until you get a solution that fits your needs (although it looks as though this process may not be achieved...it is kind of tight to begin with).
