Default

The audio tracks play OK when the presentatation is opened in PowerPoint 2016 on my PC, but I use my PC for audio work and it has the appropriate codec installed.

Missing codecs usually suggest a localised issue relating to the type of audio file in question.

The format of the files used in your presentation is M4A, for which Windows does not supply a codec by default.

You can download a suitable codec, but that will only affect your PC, or you could convert the audio files to a format that is available to be played by default such as WAV or MP3 and insert them in that format.

If you have any problems converting the files, contact me via my web site.
