The re-sizing of the graphics suggests they've either been inserted as links and are resizing when the thinks are refreshed, or that your document has acquired some form of corruption.

If the graphics have been inserted inline into a table cell with a fixed height and width, their size should be constrained to that of the table cells concerned, while maintaining the correct aspect ratio.
