My created calendar (DNM_Std) has duplicated itself twice to DNM_Std-49 and DNM_Std-50. how is this possible?

I am also experiencing issues with resources. When I change the calendar for Bill, the calendars for Sam and Pete change to Bill's calendar. How is this possible?

When I assign Resouces (e.g. Pete and John) to a task, Pete appears twice against a task and John doesn't appear. How is this possible?
