Sorry for dredging up a dormant thread, but wondering if the answer is the same going from Office Pro 2007 to Office Home & Business 2016? I have copies of all my Word docs and Excel spreadsheets but I am mostly worried about my Outlook information - all my emails, email rules, contacts and calendar entries.

I have copied my .pst file but in the past (going from 2003 to 2007) I was not so lucky keeping everything intact during the upgrade.

If upgrading to 2016 over 2007 will keep everything as it is now, I would much rather do that instead of uninstalling 2007 first as that will likely be faster - but will uninstall old and install new if better results are likely.
