Open Windows Update from the Control Panel
Select "Installed Updates" from the menu on the left
Select Update #KB2412171 Update for Outlook 2007 from the list
Right click on the update and select Uninstall
Your machine will do the rest.
When it wraps up everything should be back to normal. Microsoft will eventually come out with a new patch replacing the old one.
