Right Click "Open A Copy" Option Gone

Office 2016 Version 1710

I can no longer right click on a file in the Recent list and Open A Copy. The Open A Copy option is completely gone and right clicking the file and pressing N also doesn't work. How do it restore it? It was working fine this morning. Excel didn't crash.

Also noticed its gone from Word also.
