Styles are stored in documents or templates. Your styles are where you left them, presumably in the document where you created them.

The Organizer (under Manage styles) will show styles in two templates/documents. Open the dialog when in your new document. Close the Normal.dotm template in your organizer and open the document that contains your styles. Then copy them.
