We use Publisher for our church bulletin. lately we have been getting memory errors saying the clipboard is full (which is empty) and it does not allow us to draw text boxes to add info or pics. The machine we use is over 4 times the memory and CPU that is required to run publisher. We upgraded to 2016 thinking that may help but still the same errors. We contacted Microsoft but other than wanting $400 to fix the problem they were not much help. Any ideas??
