Default Graphs: how to stop displaying a value

When creating a graph, I have the following problem:

My graph shows the values for the individual months. However, for the last month (December) the value is still 0 since the month is not over. The value is calculated by multiplying the number of items with the price. Since no items have been registered, the value will aways be 0 as long as the month is not over.

If I make my graph including the month of December, there is a sharp decline in December (zero). Of course i can exclude the month of december in my range, but that is a waste of time as I will have to include it again at the end of December.

Is there a way to tell Excel not to display a zero in a graph? Or an alternative?
