Can anyone tell me how to globally change our outlook e-mail so that there are no blank lines in the body of an outgoing e-mail? We've recently signed on with a 3rd party internet fax company, and it's sending a first page (blank) with every fax because the body of each e-mail has 3 blank lines in it. We pay for the faxed per page, so a wasted blank one every time is not cost effective! LOL!! I can't see where to remove those lines globally, without having everyone remember to delete the lines every time they go to fax something.
