Hi Everyone.

Very strange issue with Outlook 2013. Some emails are being received in plain text formatting with the entire email in capital letters.

It is completely random as to which emails are received like this. If I login to the online portal, the email displays fine in HTML formatting. So it's something strange to do with Outlook. I have tried repairing the installation but this has made no difference.

If anyone has any ideas or advice it would be hugely appreciated

I will reply to all questions if further info is required.
