You can present multi-lingual information in columns eg English on left side of page, Spanish on the right.

You might use tables or the page layout columns setting to do this. Personally, I would use tables to make sure the content always stays on the side I wanted it (columns have a tendency to wrap the content onto the other side which you probably don't want).
