Default Table Styles - How to add a gap between vertical borders of each row

Hello,

I'm trying to create some new table styles for our company's documents.

One effect I'm trying to add into the style is a gap between the vertical border of each row.

I've demonstrated the effect I'm seeking by inserting some short rows with blank borders (see screenshot)... If anyone has any ideas how to add this into a style somehow it would be greatly appreciated!
