Default Creating a new Style in Word 2013 with different colored fonts and...

I'm trying to create a new style in Word 2013 with different colored fonts, some fixed wording, and a border. I've attached a screenshot of the desired result.

After creating the new style, I want the border to appear with only the red bolded text when the user selects the style; I don't want the <add text> to appear; rather, when the user types the warning message after the red bolded text, I want it to appear in black bolded text. Lastly, I want Hanging message indentation by 0.75".

I've scoured the web and haven't found any good instructions. I've attempted to create the new style, but either all font changes to black, all font changes to red, no wording appears in the border, or the border partially or fully disappears.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
