This appears to be a connectivity issue with your client connecting to your exchange account.

Did you ever import a calender into your Outlook client?

Did you ever remove the origanal calender then add at a later time.

Does your exchange provider offer a configure tool so you can dump your current profile and connect to your exchange mailbox?
