Thumbs down Word 2013 Ruler tabs not functioning
This is a recent occurence began maybe 2 weeks ago was functioning fine before. When I open a new Word document, or open an old Word doc the tabs on the Ruler are not functioning.

I cannot set indentations or take any action?

I can see the Rulers both horizontal and vertical and I can see the tabs on the top Ruler (horizontal) but nothing happens when I try to drag a tab.

This is crazy MADDENING for me.
