1. Are you receiving any errors when creating events in your Outlook calender?
2. What version is your exchange platform.
3. Do you have access to Outlook Web Access so you can test the calender synchronization by creating a meeting or event in OWA and see if Outlook synchronizes?
4. Is your PC on the correct time and date?
