Default Send and Email depending on cell with information

Hi everyone,

I have the following issue:

I have to send our customers their tracking number once it has been generated so I have the following:

Column A. Name of Customer
Column B. Tracking number (when is inputted, blank if not)
Column C. Email of the customer

So, the idea is that when cell in column B is inputted the system sends and email as follows:

Dear "Cell in Column A",

Your document has been send with the tracking number "Cell in Column A"

Kind regards,

Customer Service

Now. It has to be sent one time so, the next time I input another tracking number should not be repeated the previous one. Don't care if I have to use flags on other cells to stop
