Try closing all Office apps, then navigating to:
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Temp
and deleting everything in that folder. You might also try repairing the Office installation (via Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair).
