Default Outlook 10 won't send emails
In the last few days or so my MS Outlook 10 account has started to store sent messages in the outbox and not send them. They are not particularly big emails. I have checked my email settings with my ISP and they are all correct.

I can receive email but it takes a restart of Outlook to make them appear.

I am running Windows 10 Home version 1703 62 bit and Outlook 10 version 14.0.7184.5000 32 bit.

Can anyone help, please?
