Hello!

I would like Word to show some sort of "Popupbox" after a checkbox is checked. In this Popup I would like to have some fields and options, which can be filled out.

After closing the popup the content from the box should automatically appear in the relevant fields and tables in the document.

Can anyone help? Is this even possible with word?
