Still waiting for Microsoft answers....maybe someone here can offer suggestions....

I have had the darndest time lately with pictures in the incoming and
outgoing emails. When I get pictures they have the X in the corner and when people receive them all they see is the X. I don't know if I reset something within Outlook or Windows or what accidentally, but it is very frustrating. I have tried various ways of attaching the pictures (i.e., insert them, cut/paste, copy/paste) like people have suggested and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have setting suggestions that I may need to check? Thanks.
