Scheduling Tool Specification


1. System must be able to have overall program schedule with sub projects beneath.
2. Critical path deviation report required showing the critical path deviation analysis for all WBS activities on each project’s critical path. Must be able to be represented in a table, with the hierarchy expressed from highest percentage deviation to the lowest, as well the hierarchy also expressed sequentially based on WBS number.
3. Schedule performance index report to be a standard report.
4. Estimated completion (based on current performance) date of project to be a standard report.
5. Resource loading must be able to report in either line or column graph.
6. Reports for resource loading must be able to identify and report WBS activities that will be under-resourced.
