IF fomula with dates

Hello

I am trying to generate a formula which will give me a "Yes" answer if a date in a cell is in the same month and year as a date in a second cell and a "No" answer if it isn't. The day of the month is irrelevant. Assume date 1 is in Cell A1 and date 2 is in cell B2.
